Currently under construction and scheduled for completion in Q4 2025, the Rock Springs VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic will deliver 7,800 square feet of modern clinical space to support veterans in western Wyoming. The facility is designed to provide primary care, mental health services, physical rehabilitation, and telehealth access — ensuring flexible, patient-centered care in a rural setting.
